Assuming you are full British passport holder then the answer is no for Lithuania and Estonia as they are both joined Schengen Agreement recently. For Russia the answer is also no providing you do a RCI tour or a private tour with local registered companies such as Red October, DenRus or Alla. If you want to get off and walk around by yourself whichi s not recommended then yes you have to get your own visa.
