You can get a copy of the Cunard brochure which should have a plan of all the decks in the details of the Queen Victoria. Cunard also have an interactive guide to the decks of the Queen Victoria. You can see this at http://queenvictoria.cunard.co.uk/the-ship/interactive-deck-plan-2.htm.
