Needless to say if an excursion you pre-booked is cancelled your refund as you are on the ship will be in dollars and credited to your stateroom account.

Hello No...your thinking is incorrect. You will pay an equivalent amount in US dollars on board not half the amount. So an excursion costing £50 on the net would cost $100 on the ship. Celebrity are not that philanthropic.....Heathe.

No of course not - if it costs £100 on web site then it will cost $200 on board. If you wait till you get on board that excursion may be sold out anyway.
