3 formal nights - so you will need a suit or DJ.
My friends from Newbury are quite right about dress and when I was recently on her most people dressed well and there was an occasion when two people were turned away from the dining room because they were "not appropriately dressed" according to the Maitre d', so they do expect certain standards. She is going in for a refit early next year, I believe, and is certainly in need of it but it will not spoil the cruise and the staff on board are phenomenal.
There is little space for ballroom dancing and most of it takes place in the Rendezvous where you can enjoy dances from quicksteps to rumbas providing not too many are on the smallish floor at the same time. They do tend to be a little noisy with the music and conversation at times is difficult. You should certainly enjoy the dining room food as it is of a very high quality….regards Ida
