No. There are no network connections (cables) to connect to any system such as Link. Ships are a cashless society anyway. You pay for everything with your cruise card.

Most ships operate a currency exchange. Alternatively you can go ashore and use a hole in the wall in most countries.

..please.... yes on RCI there are cash machines but they charge a $5 fee to use it. As you do not advise what ship we cannot help furthe.
