Find Your Cruise
Hi you do no say which airline you will be travelling with and like Bonnette above I also would suggest checking the airline's website. However if you are to travel with British Airways their allowances are: World Traveller and World Traveller Plus 2 bags per person weighing no more than 23 kilos ber bag plus you can carry on two hand luggage (but that includes handbags as one of the carry ons) these must also weigh no more thanb 23 kilos and you have to be able to lift this by yourself into the over head locker. Therefore I would suggest no more than 8 kilos max for your carry on.
If you are travelling Business Class thern you are allowed 3 bags per person with the same restrictions as for WT and WTP concerning weight and carry ons.
Hope this helps.
PS BA will charge from November any excess over 23 kilos.
Hello…..Most cruise lines allow very casual attire at breakfast and lunch but do not accept swimming costumes and often preclude bare feet. As you have not said which airline you are referring to it is difficult to be specific but Charter airlines give you the least allowance, flying to the Caribbean used to be less weight conscious than now and there are new restrictions coming almost weekly but it is more generous than most of the rest of the world in its allowance. Travelling World Traveller plus or premium economy can enhance the allowance but even that keeps changing. If you know which airline go to their web-site and there you will see the current limitations……..Heathe.
Hello. My wife and I have been on two Princess cruises in the Caribbean. once by Thomson charter and once by American Airlines. Both times our limit was 23kg each. We were both close to the limit because I took my own Dinner Suit and my wife likes dressing up each evening. However I did not take any other jacket and no ties. I took 3 pairs of long trousers and short sleeve shirts for the evenings. We had one maximum size carry-on and another small holdall. As I say, we were pretty close but - no problem overall.
