Don't go on MSC ships as they don't always provide ramps or assistance for disabled passengers and certainly not when you are laeving the ship Chris.

All that you would expect particularly on American run ships where they are ahead of the UK on access and amenities. Most ships have cabins for disabled people with wheelchair access and well arranged facilities although these are often taken up quickly. If you are travelling by plane make sure that the airline is aware of your needs and you will be given extra help and care. If you want more specific advice...just ask. .... Neil.
